that's because of postposition rule. when an aa (आ) ending word i.e. long a like kamra , ladka is followed by a postposition like mein, sey, par, ko; the aa changes to ae (ए ) , that is why we say kamre mein, or ladke ko :)

1. No matter what tool you use to learn Hindi or which tutor you study with, it will not work unless you put in time and efforts from your end. There is no substitute for that.
2. You will feel embarrassed or conscious or awkward when you speak Hindi but you should still continue speaking.

It is totally possible that you will feel confident with your Hindi and you will be interacting with locals as well and the next day it will all fall flat because you are suddenly with a diff set of Hindi speakers. Well, it depends on how you use it :)
Hindi learners often struggle because chahiye can mean both “need” and “should.”
In short, if it's a noun in the sentence e.g. mujhe chocolate chahiye, it means I want chocolate or i need chocolate
It we use a verb in infinitive form e.g. mujhe jana chahiye, it means I should go.
